About the department

 

This role is an important part of Offshore Service Operations and part of the Ops Costings & Analytics department.

Upgrade Management handles and maintains CIM (Continuous Improvement Management) cases within the region. Working close together with our internal & external clients and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost-efficiently, and with a high-quality standard.

  • You are responsible for planning projects by defining tasks, required resources, schedules, and key deliverables
  • You build detailed project schedules and plans that increase transparency and help projects begin on solid footing
  • You organize and coordinate the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring effective collaboration across project teams and stakeholders
  • By keeping everyone aligned on priorities, responsibilities, and milestones, you help ensure progress and deliver results
  • You continuously monitor project performance, track progress against objectives, and identify risks or deviations at an early stage
  • You take suitable corrective action within agreed decision-making limits and escalate issues promptly when they pass defined thresholds
  • You oversee and coordinate several projects at the same time, weighing competing priorities while keeping quality, timelines, budgets, and business objectives in focus
  • You act as a central point of coordination, enabling smooth communication, informed decision-making, and a positive, collaborative project environment where teams can perform at their best

 

Your profile – what makes you well suited for this role

 

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • You bring project management experience and have effectively coordinated projects, stakeholders, and deliverables
  • A background in a technical, engineering, or operational environment is a plus
  • You promote health, safety, and customer-focused behaviors in everything you do
  • You communicate clearly in English and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders at every level
  • You embody transparency, integrity, and respect, which supports trust and effective collaboration among teams
