Responsibilities

• CPD
• 1:1´s
•  Development of team
• Monitor well-being / Work-life balance
• Administration work e.g time reg and
• expenses
• Collaboration & Coordination with stakeholders (e.g. planners & projects)
• Site visits
• Small team meetings
• Ad hoc requests
• Evaluation / Feedback
• Responsible for onboarding and Buddy program
• P&C tasks
• Merit process
• Safety walks
• Training forecast

Qualifications 

• Good leadership and communication skills
• High degree of Health Safety & Quality awareness
• Project management understanding
• Good process understanding
• Adapt to local content requirements
• Delegation skills
• Good IT skills (MS Office and SAP)
• Fluent in English, verbally and writing
