Responsibilities
- CPD
- 1:1´s
- Development of team
- Monitor well-being / Work-life balance
- Administration work e.g time reg and
- expenses
- Collaboration & Coordination with stakeholders (e.g. planners & projects)
- Site visits
- Small team meetings
- Ad hoc requests
- Evaluation / Feedback
- Responsible for onboarding and Buddy program
- P&C tasks
- Merit process
- Safety walks
- Training forecast
Qualifications
- Good leadership and communication skills
- High degree of Health Safety & Quality awareness
- Project management understanding
- Good process understanding
- Adapt to local content requirements
- Delegation skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office and SAP)
- Fluent in English, verbally and writing
