Global Reward is responsible for shaping Vestas' global reward strategy, policies, and frameworks. Reward Services is the operational and analytical backbone of the Reward function. The team provides data insights, reporting, benchmarking, system administration, process governance, and execution of annual reward cycles such as merit, bonus, SIP, and pay progression programs. Reward Services enables the business through data-driven insights, connects regions through consistent reward practices, and governs people cost spend through reporting, controls, and compliance.
We are looking for an analytical compensation lead, strong in compensation fundamentals based in Manila to support and deliver rewards programs across all regions worldwide. The ideal candidate would bring practical experience managing rewards at a country / regional / business unit level, partnering with stakeholders and leading execution of periodic activities for the function such as the merit and incentive cycles.
Project management capabilities needed to oversee complex initiatives and roll-outs is expected of the role. From running components of annual reward processes to harmonizing rewards across business areas to cascading global policies or creating locally appropriate ones, you will be a key contributor in a diverse global reward organization.
The role is expected to be operationally-heavy, however the candidate must come with a design thinking mindset and add to automation of processes and workflows to simplify, standardize and scale our total rewards programmes globally.

What You’ll Do
Global Rewards Management
- Act as key member of the team that execute Annual Reward activities including merit increases, incentive programmes, and update of benchmarks and pay structures, quarterly reporting, while managing specific workstreams assigned, for e.g; communication, training
- Support the Global Reward team in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits programs
- Act as a Rewards policy and systems advisor to internal stakeholder such as Regional Reward Partners, HR Business Partners and HR Operations / Service Desk teams
- Support Global or Regional Reward Specialists by conducting market benchmarking on need basis to analyze the competitiveness of our reward offerings for specific countries / business areas / functions / departments, collating data from multiple sources and presenting results and recommendations
- Manage specific compensation processes such as job matching for surveys, continuous maintenance of internal job architecture, incentive programme planning and execution, budget preparation, review of pay progression schemes across multiple geographies
- Support pay equity reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to the Global Head of Reward Services and broader HR leadership
Project Management
- Manage and deliver large-scale, cross-regional Reward projects from scoping through implementation, including:
- Rewards cycle automation and continuous improvement — identifying automation opportunities in areas such as workflows within HRIS platforms to simplify compensation management. Analyze merit and incentive systems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- M&A harmonisation — assist Regional Reward Partner in managing rewards integration workstreams during mergers and acquisitions, including benefits alignment and pay structure reconciliation
- Vendor management and performance — onboarding of new vendors (such as a survey provider or insurance broker), evaluation of and liaisoning with existing vendors on service requests and quality assurance
- Pay structure or philosophy changes — give input to design and lead rollout of revised pay frameworks, job grading systems, or compensation philosophies as relevant
- Develop and maintain project plans, stakeholder communication, and change management materials for each initiative
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, HR Operations, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope
Governance and Reporting
- Ensure rewards programs comply with global policies, local, and regional requirements across all operating countries
- Produce regular analytics and reporting on compensation, such as pay development, budget variances, benefit costs, and project milestones for the Global Head of Reward Services and P&C leadership
- Monitor and track cost escalations, identify opportunities for reduction and efficiencies
- Stay current on global rewards trends, regulatory changes, and market movements relevant to the renewable energy sector
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Total Rewards, with direct ownership of rewards programs for a country, region or business unit (candidates with 3+ years in the same organization preferred)
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex Rewards projects (e.g., pay structure design, HRIS automation, M&A integration, vendor implementation, etc.) — global or multi-country exposure
- Solid project management skills — able to build project plans, manage timelines, and align multiple stakeholders across geographies and time zones
- Working understanding of HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday), advanced Excel skills and data visualization platforms (e.g., SAP Analytics cloud, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of compensation benchmarking, frameworks, benefits administration, and multi-country compliance considerations
- Comfortable partnering with teams across regions and schedules in a global organization
- Clear communicator who can translate technical reward concepts for diverse business and HR audiences
- GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) / CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or equivalent is a plus
