Técnico Sênior – Fleet Excellence (LATAM)
Localização: Natal, RN – Brasil (Híbrido)
A área de Fleet Excellence é responsável por fornecer suporte técnico regional na LATAM, garantindo o desempenho, confiabilidade e disponibilidade das turbinas. A função atua como um ponto focal técnico entre operações em campo e times de suporte, promovendo manutenção proativa e troubleshooting avançado.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar diagnóstico avançado e troubleshooting de falhas em turbinas eólicasFornecer suporte técnico remoto e presencial aos parques eólicos da região LATAM
- Monitorar o desempenho das turbinas e alarmes, assegurando ações proativas antes de impactos na geração (melhoria de LPF)
- Analisar e processar relatórios técnicos, incluindo CIR (Component Inspection Report)e TSL (Technical Support Log)
- Criar e atualizar VGAs (Vestas Global Advisor).
- Atuar como interface técnica entre equipes de campo e áreas de engenharia/suporte, garantindo alinhamento e resolução eficiente de problemas.
- Garantir conformidade com os padrões de segurança, qualidade e performance operacional.Identificar e impulsionar iniciativas de melhoria contínua na frota.Contribuir para o compartilhamento de conhecimento e a padronização das melhores práticas.
Qualificações
- Formação técnica ou superior em Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência prévia atuando como Técnico Sênior ou Especialista em ambientes industriais ou de energia.
- Vivência em operação e manutenção (O&M) de turbinas eólicas será considerada um diferencial relevante.
Conhecimentos técnicos essenciais:
- Sistema de orientação com acionamento por motor-redutor e engrenagens.
- Sistemas hidráulicos de movimentação de pás (blades) ou sistemas similares.
- Sistemas eletro-hidráulicos.
- Análise de primeiro nível de rolamentos de médio e grande porte, com foco preferencial em rolamentos de pás eólicas.
- Forte capacidade de análise de falhas e troubleshooting técnico.
- Leitura e interpretação de desenhos mecânicos e diagramas eletro-hidráulicos, com habilidade para correlacionar com dados operacionais.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas e sistemas de monitoramento preditivo.

- Pensamento analítico e capacidade de resolução de problemas complexos.
- Comunicação clara para atuação como interface técnica entre diferentes equipes.
- Proatividade e foco em melhoria contínua.
- Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e multicultural.
