In the Service Department, our focus is to provide our clients with high quality and best possible production of their wind power plants. With our long-standing excellent track record and service experience globally, we work to ensure that we manage our clients' plants effectively to get the most out of each turbine while upholding to our commitment to safety standards.
Based in the onshore office in Leba, Shift Leader is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the windfarm on a rotational basis. You will become a part of an exciting journey for the new industry leading turbine platform.

Responsibilities

• Managing the team of offshore service technicians
• Production performance control and acting according to our KPI's
• Control over maintenance plans execution 
• Maintaining code of conduct, discipline, and culture on the turbine and vessel
• Windfarm downtime management and control

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Good Polish and English skills in reading/writing
• 3+ years experience in similar position with leading a team 
• Driver's license cat B
• MS Office skills, SAP nice to have

Additional information
Work location: Łeba, Poland. For the first 7 months you will work 8h/day in the office (Szczecin or Łeba). After that period you will work in rotations 2x2.
