About the department
Service Supply Chain and Repair is a unit covering all the service operations around the globe. We are responsible for supply to all the service sites, construction sites and after sales across all the regions. At Vestas, we focus on delivering top-tier supply chain and operations, which helps make our department a rewarding place to work.
The Global Warehouse department in Denmark and Germany, is responsible to procure, store, pick pack and ship on time towards our service technicians. Safety is our main driver; quality and delivery are our key measurables, making sure we meet the demands of our customers. You would join a global team that is always looking for ways to enhance its work.
We are searching for an Inventory Coordinator (m/f/d), working in close relationship with a 3rd Party Warehouse Operator to ensure high level Spare Parts availability.

Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved!
- You keep a close eye on inventory levels and ensure optimal stock accuracy
- You help maintain high spare parts availability to support smooth operations
- You perform regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies
- You analyze inventory variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- You prepare clear inventory reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
Your profile – what makes you well suited for this role
- You have completed vocational training in a commercial or logistics field and have at least 2 years of experience in industrial business administration, freight forwarding, or a similar logistics-related role
- Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus
- You are proficient with MS Office applications, especially Excel
- You bring practical experience in inventory management, controlling, and logistics processes
- Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) is an advantage
- You approach tasks with structure and initiative, using solid planning and organizational abilities throughout your work
- You build positive relationships across teams and contribute to a collaborative, supportive work environment
- You address challenges with a solution-focused mindset and show a deep commitment to safety
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
