Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

  • Receive, process, and put away inbound shipments: Handle incoming materials efficiently.

  • Order Pick, Pack, and Ship: Prepare orders for dispatch.

  • Update and maintain SAP MRP Stock Control System: Ensure accurate inventory records.

  • Booking of transport collections: Coordinate transportation logistics.

  • Raising Dangerous Goods Notes: Handle transportation and storage of hazardous materials

  • Set in Order: Arrange items logically for easy access and retrieval.

  • Ensure all relevant Statutory Inspections are completed on time and equipment are in compliance

  • Maintain tool calibration, rigging and lifting equipment inspections

Safety and Environment:

  • Ensure safety: Prioritize safety for yourself and others in the warehouse environment.

  • Maintain a safe working environment: Implement safety protocols and guidelines.

  • Sort and Organize: Apply 5S and LEAN principles to declutter and organize workspaces.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Raising Purchase Orders: Manage office consumables and other procurement needs.

  • Periodic Cycle Counting and Stocktaking: Regularly assess inventory accuracy.

  • Waste Management Activities: Handle waste disposal efficiently.

  • Shine: Keep work areas clean and well-maintained.

  • List, track and ordering of site and office other requirements

  • Support with local purchasing

 

Qualifications

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Forklift Competency: Hold a Counterbalance forklift operation License (preferred)

  • IT Literacy: Proficient in email, Word, and Excel.

  • SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP systems (advantageous but not mandatory).

  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods: Desirable.

  • Health & Safety Accreditation (preferred)
