Service Supply Chain department comes under the SBU vertical.
Core supply chain operations include Warehousing, Logistics & Order handling.
Our aim is to deliver service spares to the respective wind farms & sites, ensuring on time delivery, with no compromise to Safety & Quality
Responsibilities
- Safety mindset & culture, ensuring 100% adherence to all safety guidelines & processes.
- Working with Order Handling/Warehouse Coordinators in Taiwan Warehouse to ensure efficient and timely Spare parts/Tools operation in warehouse shop floor:
- Pick-pack-ship responsibility in the warehouse for Spare parts/Tools and Kit materials.
- Receive, unpacking, count and maintain Spare parts/Tools and Kit materials.
- Visual inspection for Spare parts/Tools. Keep logs and enter the required information into SAP
- Handle the calibration schedule for tools, and coordinate Tools repair and calibration process with external vendors.
- Local transport arrangement for materials/tools deliveries
- Warehouse hazardous chemical register, and be sure the Chemical materials are stored in the warehouse following the MSDS guidelines.
- Warehouse administration tasks required for the daily operation.
- Create PR(PO)/STO in SAP
- Procurement for packing material/consumables/ office supply
- Coordinate maintenance and inspection for the warehouse facility and equipment.
- Improve warehouse operation and processes, by continuous improvement.
- Responsibility over ensuring proper 5S and safe environment.
- Inventory control & management of stock counts & regular audits.
- Preservations for main components stored inside the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or any equivalent educational qualification.
- At least 1- 2 years of experience in warehouse & logistics operation
- Basic working experience with SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft excel & reports
Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and extensive experience in end-to-end warehouse operations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and meet evolving requirements.
- Can work on Reports & analyses
- Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis.
- Proactive and motivated
- Taiwanese first language
- Good command over English (Spoken & written communications)
