Department Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Professional to join our team in Windsor, Colorado. This role is central to providing comprehensive HR support across two factory sites: Brighton and Windsor. The incumbent will be based out of the Windsor location but will provide support to both sites, focusing on ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining compliance with company policies, and enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling them to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce and contribute to our global HR structure.

 

Responsibilities:

 

HR Operations Support:

  • Provide HR support to employees at both the Windsor and Brighton factory sites, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across locations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs in the United States.
  • Collaborate with HR Services teams locally and globally to streamline services and improve the overall employee experience, making this a high priority in your role.
  • Ensure compliance with local HR regulations and company policies, focusing on broader HR operations rather than payroll specifics.
  • Task Identification and Centralization:
  • Identify routine HR tasks that can be effectively handled by centralized support teams to improve efficiency and streamline local HR resources.
  • Develop and implement processes for transitioning these tasks to centralized teams, ensuring a seamless handover and continued high-quality service.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of centralized support, providing feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Reference Letters and Official Documentation:
  • Draft and issue reference letters for current and former employees at both factory sites.
  • Prepare addendums and other official HR correspondence as required, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documents.
  • Maintain and update templates for various HR communications, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies.

Employee Inquiries:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs at the Windsor and Brighton sites.
  • Provide information and assistance in a timely, professional manner to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases for both locations.
  • Support the regional HR team with various administrative tasks and projects, ensuring the smooth operation of HR services at both sites.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure all HR documents are accurately completed, filed, and maintained in compliance with company policies and local legal requirements.
  • Assist with internal audits and prepare reports as needed to ensure compliance and transparency.

HR Advisory Services:

  • Provide advisory services to employees on benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and transportation options.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines and policies related to these benefits, ensuring employees at both sites are well-informed of their op

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in the Human Resources field, with exposure to various HR functions.
  • Customer Service: Proven experience in providing high-quality client and customer service.
  • HR Tools: Solid understanding of HR processes and tools, including experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS systems.
  • Documentation: Experience in managing and documenting HR processes, with attention to detail and compliance.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with local HR regulations in the United States.
  • Centralization Experience: Experience in identifying and transferring tasks to centralized support teams is a strong advantage.
