Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved! 

  • You plan service assignments efficiently and allocate the service teams according to operational needs
  • You ensure that the composition of the service teams is always up to date and flexibly adjusted to demand
  • You ensure that the service plan consistently complies with the contractual obligations outlined in the service agreements
  • You take care of the timely procurement, scheduling, and provision of tools, spare parts, and services
  • You ensure timely and proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., technicians, customer service, etc.)
  • You continuously monitor key performance indicators in the planning area and ensure their stability and achievement of targets
  • You create a detailed three‑week plan to ensure optimal deployment and resource management

 

 

Your profile – what makes you a great fit! 

  • completed technical or commercial vocational school
  • strong coordination and organizational skills
  • basic technical knowledge is an advantage
  • proficiency in common software programs (MS Office, SAP, etc.); Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile 

 

The actual salary is significantly higher than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement (minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement for the metal industry for job group III in the 1st year: 38.183,60€ (annual salary) - years of employment in the same job group also increase the minimum salary).
