  • Start & Perspective: Structured onboarding program and a permanent employment contract with long-term prospects
  • The actual salary is significantly higher than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement (minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement for the metal industry for job group IV in the 1st year: € 3.415,01 (monthly salary) - years of employment in the same job group also increase the minimum salary) - this only applies for Austria, salary in other countries will be in accordance with local policies

  • Change Management: You design and roll out a tailored change framework that enables smooth adoption across all teams
  • Project & Program Leadership: You lead projects end‑to‑end, managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks to deliver on objectives
  • Strategic Change Execution: You create impactful communication, training, and engagement strategies that accelerate adoption
  • Continuous Improvement: You measure outcomes, track adoption, and turn insights into stronger change and project practices
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You cultivate meaningful relationships, coach teams, and simplify complex topics for varied audiences

 

Your profile — what makes you an ideal match!

 

  • You hold a relevant bachelor’s degree e.g. in Business, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related field and bring advanced credentials like Prosci, PMP, or PRINCE2
  • You have already managed large‑scale change and complex projects in technical or regulated environments
  • You bring 10+ years’ experience in managing multi‑stakeholder projects in energy or similar industries
  • You quickly understand new technologies and turn insights into action
  • You connect effortlessly across all levels and cultivate strong partnerships
  • You operate effectively within multifaceted organizational networks, bringing clarity and confidence
  • You use metrics to guide decisions and outcomes
  • You build alignment across teams and move stakeholders toward shared goals
  • You balance long‑term vision with active execution
  • You thrive in ambiguity, stay self‑motivated, and continuously improve
  • Good German and very good English (C1) skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
