The Construction Supplier & Resource Management (CS&RM) Department is an established function within the Installation & Commissioning Department at CPX Vestas Northern and Central Europe. The Crane & Installation Supplier Management Department ensures efficient operation of crane and installation suppliers in construction projects.
 
Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve the performance of crane & installation suppliers in onshore construction projects.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity of site operations.
  • Address critical supplier performance issues promptly to ensure effective resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate lessons learned and verify the effectiveness of improvements implemented by suppliers.
  • Build and maintain reliable relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Project and Site Management, Procurement).
  • Report to leadership teams about supplier performance and improvements.

 
Qualifications

  • Degree in business or engineering.
  • Experience in construction project management, operations, and project execution.
  • Experience in construction supplier management and sourcing.
  • Knowledge of statistics and data techniques for supplier performance.
  • Ability to supervise projects and initiatives with engagement of various stakeholders.
  • Understanding of wind turbines and construction processes
  • Fluent in English.

Additional information
Primary work location: Warsaw, Szczecin or Aarhus
Expected travel: approximately 30 travel days per year
