Offshore Service Resources is part of the NCE Service organization in Vestas. We are responsible for providing manpower solutions to work on improvement, optimization and repair assignments within the offshore business.
You will be part of a team of committed and dedicated employees that work in a variety of locations.
 

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Project and resource planning of personnel
  • Recruit, motivate and assist your team and encourage quality while ensuring safe execution of work
  • Ensure that the Vestas personal development plans (CPD) for the team members are identified and followed up on
  • Ensure that all training plans are up to date and aligned with the business's needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide the necessary guidance and governance to ensure compliance with Vestas' policies and procedures
  • Ensure that the Vestas Core Values are adhered to
     

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a team leader
  • Experience in remote leadership
  • Hold a degree / diploma in management or similar
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT, preferably with SAP experience
  • Willing to be flexible in relation to working hours given the worldwide location of our stakeholders
