Join our growing Site Support team where you’ll play a key role in shaping people development, resource planning, and operational excellence. As a People Leader, you will recruit and onboard new team members, guide their growth through ongoing feedback and coaching, and ensure resources are deployed effectively across projects. You will promote continuous improvement in processes and collaboration, while taking full responsibility for team performance and stakeholder alignment. Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > Global Offshore CPX Site Support

The Site Support Department plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of offshore wind projects by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across all planning, construction, and operational phases. The team enables project personnel to focus on technical and strategic priorities by managing the essential behind‑the‑scenes activities that keep projects running efficiently.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members
  • Support employee development and well‑being through regular 1:1s, feedback conversations, and yearly reviews
  • Provide training and ongoing guidance to team members throughout their development journey
  • Forecast resource needs, capacity, and competencies, and allocate personnel to projects accordingly
  • Guide continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, and methods of working
  • Review and oversee team tasks and deliverables to ensure alignment with project requirements
  • Take accountability for department performance, staffing decisions (in partnership with P&C), and effective collaboration across stakeholders

 

Qualifications

  • Business Management qualification or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory position
  • 2+ years’ administrative experience
  • Offshore/renewable sector experience preferred; wind industry admin (construction or O&M) advantageous but not required
  • Fluent in English
  • Solid IT skills, including MS Office 365, MS Teams, SAP and basic conferencing tools

  • Detail-focused, initiative-taking, and versatile, capable of managing several responsibilities while prioritizing appropriately
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach
  • Able to adjust to change and plan or coordinate activities accordingly
  • Skilled at building effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Culturally aware, with an emphasis on maintaining positive working relationships

Additional information

Primary work location: Warrington, UK

Expected travel: approximately 50 days per year
