Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > Sub Supplier Management Supervisors
Operating within the Vestas Northern & Central Europe North and West business unit, we focus exclusively on selling, constructing, and operating onshore wind power plants. The Sub. Supplier management team is responsible for the subcontractor hiring, operational and administration needs to ensure service and maintenance of our customers' wind power plants in all of the markets.
Responsibilities
- Supporting Vestas dispatchers and subcontractors in the short and long term planning of scheduled maintenance tasks
- Onboarding subcontractor technicians and maintenance of sub-supplier system profiles
- Supporting local functions in potential claims against sub-suppliers
- Forecasting of Vestas subcontractor requirements and associated hiring of subcontractor companies
- Compliance with local and national legislation
- Dealing with HSE incidents that may arise
Qualifications
We believe that for you to be able to deliver and excel in your work, you should be able to identify yourself in the following:
- Good IT skills in MS Office and preferable experience with Salesforce and SAP
- Experience in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding of team dynamics
- You possess extensive English skills both oral and written

- Ability to handle multiple assignments, organize and prioritize tasks
- You are very structured and have a good overview
- Good understanding of the process and a proficient data discipline
