EVP NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Onshore Installation Team 4

 

Site Execution/Site Management is part of Installation & Commissioning in Vestas Northern and Central Europe (NCE) Construction area. The Installation and Commissioning Department (I&C) is responsible for installing and commissioning onshore and offshore construction projects within NCE.
You will report to the Director of Site Execution, and your main role will be to support and direct site managers within NCE Construction.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will direct, support, and offer strategy insights to a team of site managers in Onshore Installation Management.
  • Responsible for internal and external site management resource allocation and budgets
  • Managing and developing direct reports for the overall team
  • Handling and developing execution concepts in alignment with Installation concepts in collaboration with Site Project Management and Site Improvement team
  • Motivate employees and secure work-life balance
  • Ensure trained and experienced resources for installation pipeline
  • Improve the overall direction and agenda from Installation & Commissioning Management Team and Construction Management
  • Participating and directing various projects: Improvement Cases, Cost out projects, etc.
  • ·Budget responsible
     

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 3+ years’ experience in leading leaders (Site Managers)
  • Distance management, planning and coordinating experience
  • Solid knowledge of WTG Installation
  • Solid ability to work cross functionally
  • Confident Microsoft Office user
  • Fluent in English

Additional information:

Primary work location: You can be based in any of these countires NL, DK, UK, DE or POLAND
This position requires up to 40 days travel per year.
