Sales>Offshore Operations>OCS LEAN Optimisation 

Lean Optimisation Team is a small group of 6 helping optimate the workflow processes in Construction onshore and Offshore. We work with Lean Methodology, aiming to improve our daily work conditions. We are present on our site, providing recommendations and support.



As Lean Implementation Supervisor, you will be responsible for different tasks before, during, and after the project execution.
Your primary tasks will be:

  • Ensuring work progress in compliance with LEAN concepts, troubleshoot, update mappings, and improvement areas
  • Supporting the Technical Project Manager on project issues. 

You will also be responsible for

  • Creating job card setup on projects
  • Creating and setup boards for daily operations
  • Supporting daily follow-up and data capturing
  • Supporting TPM in implementing solutions on-site
  • Guiding and site teams in the execution
  • Support HSE and quality on-site



  • Solid knowledge of LEAN methodologies, project management, and experience with operational process
  • Implementation management skills
  • Relevant background from the wind industry 
  • Fluent in English verbal and written
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
