Electrical Instructors NCE (North Central Europe) is responsible for delivering technical and safety on/offshore trainings. We play a critical role in ensuring that participants receive high-quality training, providing the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. We take pride in the quality of courses that we deliver to employees participating in offshore trainings to the business.
 

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver electrical training to technicians on / offshore turbines, primarily for V164/V174 and V112/V117 and V236 turbines
  • The trainings include technical, practical, and theoretical content on our electrical trainings
  • Update, develop and maintain course contract in line with company and industry standards
  • Staying updated with WTG activities to ensure the trainings material remain accurate and relevant
  • Evaluate training effectiveness of training programs and materials, through collected feedback from trainees 
  • Assessing the performance of employees who have completed the trainings
     

Qualifications
You will have a proven history from a mechanical, electrical or hydraulics background within a similar industry.

  • Experience as  AP / AE  technician or conducting trainings for Wind turbine safety rules or similar purposes 
  • Knowledge or experience within V164/V174 and V112/V117 is an advantage
  • English B2 or higher

Additional information
Your work location will be at Vestas office at Warrington, GB. 120 days travel is expected per year for this role.
