Offshore Service Resources is part of the NCE Service organization in Vestas. We are responsible for providing manpower solutions to work on improvement, optimization and repair assignments within the offshore business.
You will be part of a team of committed and dedicated employees that work in a variety of locations.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Arranging, leading and participating in meetings, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and track tasks and time schedules, follow up on deliverables from sites, projects, and suppliers, ensuring the complete fulfilment of requests
- Ensure that our exchange of documentation with supplier is in line with expectations and handled in accordance with the defined procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Provide the necessary guidance and governance to ensure compliance with Vestas' policies and procedures
- Ensure that the Vestas Core Values are adhered to
- Supporting the Resource Manager in coordination of subcontractor resources and external consultants, working in cooperation with projects and sites.
Qualifications
- Have a demonstrated background in a similar field of planning and operational support
- Fluent in English, and possess strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT, preferably with SAP experience
- Willing to be flexible in relation to working hours given the worldwide location of our stakeholders
