Vestas Eastern Europe and Austria (part of Vestas Central Europe) is a Sales Business Unit covering Austria and Eastern Europe countries. We are responsible for the Sales, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. The Scheduler provides the long/ short term main support to the Site Management, that are working with their resources on daily basis.  The Scheduler is the main responsible for the Service plan execution, supporting  Area/Site Managers by providing a plan, parts, tools and other resources to enable the Supervisors to deliver an as “committed execution”. He/she constantly works on his prerequisites to deliver an efficient and reliable planning.  For this he/she is maintaining contact to the executing persons to update the status of operations he is maintaining master data and processing information becoming available in the Service Orders feedback loop (Backend). He/she contributes to maximize the Contract profitability by checking for cost elements that have to be charged differently.



  • Preparing a 52 week planning for capacity calculation (long-term planning) / short term planning (3-week detail plan)
  • Having an overview of bundling, execution, backlog orders, overdue service orders and inspections without service orders to ensure the Supervisors secure the execution of the plan
  • Scheduling and bundling the service orders for a turbine/park, performs the material availability check, makes the advanced shipment and release the bundled service orders together to the Service Team/s minimum one week in advance
  • Avoiding overdue service orders and re-schedules incomplete tasks
  • Maintaining an efficient and updated plan and the waiting times, which are not accountable to service department will be registered accordingly (shadow data/TPRC). Update immediately the User Status and selective User status (waiting times) in the service orders



  • HTL graduate with extremely solid combined technical or logistic skill set
  • Several years operative experience in the technical service environment/business
  • Fluent in English and German (written and oral)
  • Good knowledge in MS Office & SAP
