Pre-Owned NCE is a strategic business area within Vestas focused on unlocking the value of existing wind energy assets through the acquisition, refurbishment and redeployment of pre-owned wind turbines and components.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sourcing opportunities within the market for pre-owned wind turbines and components
• Drive supplier dialogue, negotiations and procurement recommendations
• Ensure transparency in acquisition costs, inventory planning and cost baselines
• Develop and maintain inventory and sourcing plans in close collaboration with Sales and Operations
• Coordinate technical assessments, inspections and quality requirements together with Quality, Engineering and Warehouse teams
• Support commercial decision-making through market intelligence, analyses and business cases
• Contribute to the development of processes, governance and performance management within Procurement and Quality

Qualifications

• Have experience within technical procurement, supply chain, quality, asset management or a similar function
• Combine strong commercial understanding with technical insight
• Enjoy working across multiple functions and stakeholders
• Have a structured, analytical and proactive approach
• Have experience with supplier management, negotiations and data-driven decision-making
• Very good English, both written and spoken
• Experience from the wind industry or other technical and asset-intensive industries is considered an advantage
