Service Planning Denmark is responsible for the daily coordination and operational steering of service activities across our regions. We ensure stable execution, resource optimization and close collaboration with technicians and field supervisors. The department works in a dynamic environment where fast decision-making and strong structure are essential to secure safe and efficient service operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operational planning and dispatching of technicians within your assigned service area (no personnel responsibility)
- Secure timely ordering of parts, tools and materials needed for planned and unplanned tasks
- Maintain close follow-up with key stakeholders (technicians, supervisors, planners, warehouse, and support functions)
- Monitor daily plans, react to deviations and re‑prioritize tasks when operational conditions change
- Act as the central coordination point in your area, ensuring smooth information flow and stable execution
- Ensure accurate documentation and high data quality in planning systems
- Support continuous improvements in operational processes and planning quality. Contribute to consistent safety and compliance standards through proper work preparation and coordination
Qualifications
- Experience with planning, coordination or dispatching, preferably from service or operations
- Strong ability to work structured and keep overview during shifts in operational tempo
- Confident decision-maker who can guide the daily workflow and support technicians
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Understanding of operational leadership without personnel responsibility
- Strong IT/system skills and interest in working with planning tools
- Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable handling time‑critical situations
- Experience from technical environments or field service operations. Familiarity with SAP, Sales Force, PowerBi or similar systems will be an asset

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a structured and methodical way
- Comfortable making timely and practical decisions in a busy and rapidly shifting work environment. Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Effective communication skills, ensuring clear information flow across technicians, supervisors and stakeholders. Solid stakeholder management skills, including consistent follow‑up and alignment across functions
- Strong coordination abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High sense of ownership and accountability for daily operational performance within own area
- Strong collaboration skills and a team‑oriented approach
- Good IT skills and the ability to work confidently with planning and documentation systems

This position requires approximately 5 days of travel yearly.
