Our Customer Service Management (CSM) comprises of the Service Customer Managers, Service Customer Agents and Technical Customer Agents. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with Planning, operations, and finance departments.
As an Agent you will work in an international team with three locations in Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands. We are looking for a colleague who will be based in our office in Denmark, Videbæk, Herningvej 5-7.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer requests. Managing daily customer-related tasks and ensuring all communication is documented in CRM
- Maintaining strong operational relationships with diverse customer groups
- Interpreting and applying contractual requirements accurately
- Preparing for, participating in, and following up on internal and external meetings, including required travel
- Coordinating closely with the planning team and directing requests to relevant departments
- Keeping customers informed on the progress of planned and unplanned service activities, including potential delays. Supporting mass communications and customer specific correspondence
- Following up on overdue receivables and providing updated information on payments, open items, and non billed items
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support and building long‑term client relationships
- Strong understanding of internal sales and administrative processes; finance education or relevant experience is an advantage
- Proficient in English and Danish, both written and verbal
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of contracts

- Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration (technicians, dispatchers, finance), with a process‑oriented and solution‑focused mindset
