Aftersales is a department where we sell to both Onshore and Offshore customers throughout Northern Europe, where we have sales staff based in the following countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, England, Germany, Poland and Austria, but sales also cover other countries, so it spreads widely.
The Aftermarket Sales Team supplies wind turbine owners and service providers with spare parts for maintenance and repairs to ensure the continuous operation of thousands of wind turbines in northern Europe. The team runs an determined growth plan through digitalisation and customer service excellence.
Many things happen in our department and there is no everyday life that is the same, so that is why Aftersales is an exciting department where we are excited aboutdoing the best for our customers and in the support group, we also have the direct contact with the customers, as we also handle sales order as well as so much else.



  • Create Non Conformative Reports (NCR) & Purchase orders
  • Sales order from customer / vendor via Salesforce and SAP
  • Return parts from customer to the warehouse.
  • Debit & Credit
  • Finance inquires for sales agents 
  • Intercompany billing
  • Extracting and reporting every monthly figures to the manager 



  • 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with SAP & Salesforce
  • MS Office Package (Words, Excel)
  • Fluent English in writing and spoken
  • Additional languages such as German, Ukrainian, or Swedish could be handy



  • Service minded and able to communicate clearly
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-moving environment
  • A good ability to keep and overview of many tasks at once

Additional information
Primary work location: Videbæk, DK.

This position requires 10 days travel per year.
