The Parts & Repair Sales team is responsible for delivering spare parts and repair solutions to wind turbine owners and service providers across Northern Europe. The team manages the full aftermarket sales lifecycle, ensuring high turbine availability, customer satisfaction, and long-term value through strong commercial execution, minor technical support, and close cross-functional collaboration.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from customer enquiry to order execution and follow-up. Own and develop a dedicated customer portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations for spare parts and repair solutions
  • Proactively identify and capture new sales opportunities within existing and new customers
  • Follow up on quotations to maximize conversion rate and understand lost opportunities
  • Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers based on their operational needs
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. supply chain, technical support, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution
  • Maintain data quality and documentation in SAP or similar systems. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working

 

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience within aftermarket sales, service, or spare parts sales
  • Good understanding of wind turbine components, preferably within larger MW platforms
  • Technical and/or commercial background, ideally within mechanical or electrical products
  • Experience working with customer quotations, order handling, and sales follow-up
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
  • Good IT skills, including experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
