Service > Global Service Operations> GOS Planning
Specialized Field Operations is a part of the Repair organization in Vestas. We are responsible for work locally and globally on prototype, improvement, optimization, commissioning, construction, and other project related tasks.
You will be part of a team with approx. 100 assigned employees being on assignments in many different locations in Denmark and around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Act as a center liaison for technicians, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and providing administrative support. Ensure all technicians are medically fit for their roles, possess the required certification and adhere to both company and country-specific law and regulations
- Manage all travel logistics using Concur, including hotel bookings, flights and car rentals; Coordinate event planning and execution for the organization
- Facilitate collaboration with mobility regarding TPA´s and VISA´s, the Academy and regional departments to ensure operational coherence and protocol compliance. Support internal projects administratively, ensuring organizational effectiveness
- Collect, archive and maintain expense documentation
- Development: Identify training requirements, schedule and coordinate sessions to enhance technician skill sets
- Resource planning and allocation of technicians
- Oversee the onboarding program for new hires, integrating them into company culture and workflows
Qualifications
- Ability to clearly convey information and instructions
- Familiarity with LMS for managing training materials, tracking participant progress, and generating reports
- Experience of working in positions that includes owning coordinating tasks and managing different stakeholders
- Fluent in Danish and English, both in writing and orally

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Videbæk, Denmark.
You should expect some travel activity, could be up to 35 days in total per year.
