Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > SOS North Project Management
SOS North Project Management serves as a strategic partner to regional operations, responsible for translating strategic vision into actionable outcomes and transforming concepts into clearly defined deliverables. The department ensures operational Excellence by supplying reliable, high-quality portfolio and project management services and support.
Responsibilities
As the Project for Special Projects, you will plan, execute, and deliver projects across scope, time, cost, and quality constraints. You will align project outcomes with business objectives, handle stakeholder expectations, and promote teamwork across functions.
More specifically:
- Plan and execute projects to meet defined scope, timeline, and budget
- Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and share progress
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion
- Identify and manage risks to minimize impact on project outcomes
- Ensure quality and delivery of final project outputs and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in: Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or similar relevant field
- Project Management Knowledge which includes the following: Understanding of basic project management concepts, such as the project lifecycle (initiate → plan → execute → monitor → close), scope, time, cost, quality basics, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile concepts
- Certification in PRINCE2(R) Foundation
- Expected practical experience of minimum 2 years in similar roles regarding project management. Experience in the wind energy industry is beneficial
- You are disciplined, consistent, and prepared to take initiative in implementing change.

- Effective communicator who can manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
- Proficiency in project management tool as well as MS package
- Risk management and problem-solving abilities
- Budgeting and resource planning

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Videbæk, Denmark but could also be in Aarhus.
You should expect some travel activity, approximately 20 days per year.
