Vestas North and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work. 
The Service department in Sweden is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department is a busy area with a lot of exciting things happening. In order to be effective, we need skilled Planners who can handle changing situations with a confident and structured approach.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for balancing capacity between dispatchers within the Sub region in close collaboration and dialogue with Dispatchers and Capacity Planner 
  • Regional anchor point for capacity forecast and responsible for maintaining capacity forecast for each sub-region
  • Regional anchor for sub-contracting forecast and responsible for maintaining sub-contractor capacity forecast for each sub-region
  • Regular reporting to management on Sub-regional planning performance

 

Qualifications

  • Experience of planning
  • Extensive experience with MS Office and in-house database management and planning tools
  • Proven ability to investigate the upcoming trends and workload
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Technical background, from work or university studies 
  • Good at stakeholder management
  • SAP experience is a big plus

 

Competencies

  • Good experience in a technical service environment with focus on Planning & Scheduling
  • Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools
  • Methodical and detailed working approach
  • Self-organization / good time management and stress resistant
  • Good communication skills in English 
  • Experience in managing smaller development / improvement projects (process & systems)
