Responsibilities
As Manager for Continuous Improvement and Product Engineering, you will be supporting the different business units in Global Repair and secure Lean practices are implemented and followed. Your key responsibilities are as follows:
Be the main creator and driver for the Continuous Improvement and Production engineering in collaboration with primary stakeholders

  • Define vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to boost operational and sustainable performance
  • Planning of department resources and budgets, and delegation of work and projects and continuous supervision of progress together with the area managers.
  • Guiding and developing your team in the right direction, while keeping high psychical and psychological safety and quality standards
  • Coordinating key focus areas together with the management team and support teams in different countries towards the common goal.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Lean practices in Business Development across all departments in Global Repair Operations


Qualifications
We believe that to undertake this complex position you possess the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of management experience within Production Engineering or Continuous Improvement
  • Experience and understanding of Lean practices and technical production engineering, especially from the wind industry
  • Experience with working with stakeholders of diverse cultural backgrounds
  • You have experience with any combination of Power BI, SAP, SAP DMS and SAP Analytics Cloud
  • You are highly professional in English, both written and verbal
  • It would be advantageous if you knew a second language; Danish, German
