Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > NCE Onshore CPX Installation Lead Supervision
NCE Onshore CPX Site Supervision is part of the Installation & Commissioning organisation and is responsible for the planning and execution of onshore wind projects across the Northern & Central Europe (NCE) region. Working closely with the Onshore Construction teams, we oversee projects from early preparation through execution and final handover to Service.
Our team shapes project execution strategies, ensuring readiness, efficiency, and scalability to meet future market demands. We also support sales activities, contribute to concept development, and help optimize project delivery models and project packages to continuously improve project performance and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversea and coordinate site activities for projects with 10+ turbines
- Act as the overall site supervisor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution
- Engage in project planning activities at least 3 months before site mobilisation
- Coordinate the procurement and availability of required tools, equipment, and consumables
- Ensure all site documentation, procedures, and project materials are prepared ahead of execution
- Oversee site readiness and align stakeholders to support effective project delivery
- Provide leadership, coordination, and support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to completion to a group of installation supervisors
Qualifications
- Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or a related engineering discipline
- Demonstrated experience in the wind energy sector
- Solid technical knowledge of Vestas turbine installations and commissioning
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor on Vestas turbine installation projects
- Solid experience in HSE, quality management, and customer relations
- Proficient in SAP, SharePoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Primary work location: This candidate can be based in either Denmark.
This position requires up to 180 days travel per year on rotational basis.
