We are seeking Lead Supervisor, an experienced professional with a proven background supporting sales activities, concept development and ensuring deployment of optimization of project packages.

 

Region NCE > Customer Project Execution, NCE > Installation Lead Site Supervision 
 
The department is part of the Offshore Service organisation in the Vestas NCE Region. You’ll join a diverse team who work daily to provide Onshore Services to our valued customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing sites with more than 10 turbines
  • Managing complex sites requiring overall coordination and supervision
  • Participating in planning site execution at least three months before kick-off
  • Ordering tools and consumables in advance
  • Preparing necessary documentation for site execution


Qualifications 

  • Technical background for example, mechanical or electrical
  • Wind industry experience
  • Good technical knowledge on Vestas turbines.
  • Working several years as Supervisor on Vestas turbine installations
  • HSE, quality and customer relations experience
  • Good IT skills (SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office and SAP)
  • Fluent in English

Additional Information
The role will be based in Videbæk, Denmark.
Expected travel: approximately 180 travel days per year
