Region NCE > Customer Project Execution > Installation Supervisors Team 2

 
You will be part of Vestas Northern and Central Europe which is a Sales Business Unit covering Scandinavia, Finland, Celtic, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe.
Customer Project Execution Department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed - and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. Working closely with the logistics, procurement and finance departments, the team must keep the project on budget and on schedule, as well as ensuring our rigorous safety and quality standards are met.
 
Responsibilities

  • Ensure installation activities meet Vestas' safety and quality standards
  • Supervise onsite installation, mechanical, and electrical tasks
  • Update progress, documentation, and as-built data in Vestas IT systems
  • Coordinate daily with on-site teams and manage logistics
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks to reinforce safety practices
  • Report site status, progress, and documentation to management daily
  • Manage spare parts, tools, return goods, and oversee site mobilisation/demobilisation

 
Qualifications

  • Solid interest in administrative, technical, and supervisory roles
  • Wind industry preferred
  • Relevant technical education, ideally in electrical or mechanical fields
  • Preferred experience in a supervisory or team leader role
  • Solid IT skills
  • Fluent in English

Additional information 
Primary work location: you can be based either in Denmark 
Expected travel across North Central Europe: approximately 180 travel days per year
