Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Performance Optimization
Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
Service North & West is responsible for Service Sales, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance of the wind turbines within the UK and Nordic countries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure recourse alignment with stakeholders
• Allocate resources
• Ensure the right skills for the specific job 
• Secure effective planning and coordination
• Support technicians in handling tools, vans and parts
• Examining requirements and plan activities

Qualifications

• Focused to sudden changes with a focus on problem-solving
• Great proven Planning and organizational skills
• Systematic with attention to details
• Clear and concise in oral and written communication

Competencies

• Motivated to sudden changes
• An ability to handle diverse workload and prioritize
• Understanding and interest in new tools and technology
• A natural instinct for collaboration with colleagues and a good sense of when to compromise and when not to
