This function handles technical interactions with our customers, such as technical errors or service appointment related questions. As a Customer Service Engineer you will bridge tasks to other of the teams functions, as well as bridge to specialists when required. The team consist of CSM (Customer Service Managers) handling our larger customers and CSA (Customer Service Agents) providing back office work. You will assist to provide fast and direct interaction with customers and other third parties and define priorities when topic is addressed internally.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer requests in alignment with internal departments (e.g., Service Execution)
  • Receive and assess technical inquiries and feedback from customers; determine complexity and direct to appropriate internal contacts
  • Collect Customer Information Sheets and Continuous Improvement Measures
  • Gather feedback and reports to address customer complaints (e.g., turbine performance issues)
  • Create work orders in Salesforce to support service execution
  • Troubleshoot turbine issues remotely using support systems (e.g., SCADA) and connect customers with relevant internal experts
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding service appointments. Assist customers in understanding turbine error codes

 

Qualifications

We value motivation and willingness to learn over formal qualifications. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. However, the following background is advantageous:

  • Education or experience in industrial electricity, electronics, IT, or engineering
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience in a customer service environment, where emphasis is on a professional relationship with the customer in both action and communication
  • Prior exposure to the wind energy sector is a plus, but not required

  • Effective communication skills and ability to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and collaborate
  • Ability to manage your own workflow, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively
  • Structured and systematic approach to task execution
  • Very good English and Danish, both written and spoken

Additional information

Work location: Vestas' office in Videbæk (DK) 
This position requires approximately 5 days of travel yearly.
