The Pre-Owned Sales Department, based in Videbæk, Denmark, plays a key role in delivering refurbished wind turbine solutions across the NCE region. We are looking for a structured and proactive professional to support the successful execution of commercial opportunities by coordinating technical, financial, and contractual approvals. The role acts as an important link between Sales Managers, Legal Advisors, and internal stakeholders while providing broad support to the sales organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal technical and financial approval processes for sales projects
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Sales Managers and Legal Advisors
  • Support contract preparation, review, negotiation, and closing activities. Provide general operational support to the Pre-Owned Sales team
  • Independently drive sales activities and support business development opportunities within the Pre-Owned Sales portfolio if needed
  • Ensure commercial and contractual requirements are aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor project approval progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact approvals, negotiations, or project execution

 

Qualifications

  • Experience within the wind energy industry
  • Background in legal, technical, commercial, or a related field
  • Knowledge of contractual frameworks and contract management, ideally including FIDIC
  • Strong understanding of the commercial aspects of complex products and solutions
  • Experience supporting or participating in long-cycle sales processes and contract negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to successful contract closing activities
  • Fluent English skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate professionally

This position requires approximately 40 days of travel yearly.
