El departamento de soporte operativo tiene como principal responsabilidad el asegurar la planificacion y gestion de recursos para poder cumplir contractualmnete con los contratos de operación y mantenimiento en Latam Norte.
Responsabilidades y tareas
- Contactar y coordinar solicitudes de personal externo para la ejecución de actividades acorde con la planificación de proyectos.
- Analizar y evaluar performance de subcontratistas para toma de decisiones
- Solicitud de usuarios en sistema para el control de personal externo
- Formar y entrenar a personal de subcontrata previo su ingreso a proyecto
- Revisar y evaluar las competencias y habilidades de técnicos externos conforme a sus obligaciones contractuales.
- Mantener actualizada la base de datos de personal activo en proyectos, periodo de trabajos y ausencias.
- Supervisar la correcta asignación de costos de personal externo
- Supervisar que los KPI de los subcontratistas se cumplan
Cualificaciones y competencias
- Ingenieria en procesos, licenciatura en administracion, gestion o a fin
- Ingles intermedio / avanzado
- Experiencia con SAP, Excel, Salesforce, uso de CRM, microsoft office
- Experiencia gestionando personal
- Experiencia en planificacion de actividades, preferentemente mantenimiento
- Deseable conocimiento tecnico basico, mecanico, electrico e hidraulico
- Proactividad y capacidad de solventar problemas
- Habilidades de liderazgo
- Habilidad para priorizar y manejar multiples tareas
- Orientado a la seguridad y cumplimiento de procesos
