SOS team is responsible for technical planning, dispatching and administrative support. Our responsibilities include Service of wind farms in these regions. Service Operational Support is responsible for the service operation in seven countries in Central/Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with MED Fleet Department
  • Placing PR/PO for vehicle costs (Repairs/maintenance/Insurance/Shor-term..)
  • Handling of excessive maintenance, repair topics and insurance claims (Fleet Incidence file)
  • Request Credit Notes if needed
  • Correspondence
  • Support with updated fleet formation( return, delivered vehicles; cost centers; Drivers..)
  • Daily Administrative tasks
  • Daily Operational issues (e.g. reported by technicians, driver)
  • Support with Vehicle ordering
  • Coordinate Delivery and reception of vehicles with Teams/Drivers/Sup.
  • Fuel Card, Tool Device and Traffic Fine Administration
  • Incidents Follow Up
  • Supporting the implementation of new procedures and EV transition
  • Escalating relevant issues

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with an economic or technical background
  • Motivated regarding data analysis incl. usage of statistical tools. usage of statistical tools
  • Experience with statistical analysis and managing projects
  • Project Management certification is an asset
  • Several years of working experience within similar areas of expertise

 

Competencies

  • Interest in renewable energy
  • Engaged and innovative approach with the ability to work with no supervision
  • Structured working method, high organizational capabilities, and a desire to gain new skills
  • A communicative person with good verbal and written communication skills in English, German or any Eastern European language is seen as a benefit
  • Good time management, analytical skills, and understanding of numbers with attention to detail
