Responsibilities

As Service Operations Dispatcher your primary tasks will be

  • Analyse requirements and plan service and other scheduled activities
  • Allocate and direct resources for unplanned schedules
  • Ensure work orders have been set up for all incoming jobs
  • Prioritise open work orders within defined company rules and guidelines
  • Ensure effective internal communication of both planned and unplanned activities
  • Create a comprehensive weekly package of prepared work orders for each service team
  • Escalate issues regarding possible overload and shortage of work to the Supervisor and/or Regional Manager as appropriate, make recommendations to make effective use of resources

 

Qualifications Required

On a professional level you are/have:

  • At least one year of experience with related tasks, such as coordination
  • Bachelor's degree within a related field
  • Experience of workload planning is meritorious, ideally gained in a Technical Services or Logistics related service environment
  • Oral and written fluency in English and Finnish, Swedish language skills are an advantage
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel in specific) and good IT skills in general
  • Experience of SAP, Salesforce and/or planning tools is an advantage

  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills

Location: The primary location is in our office in Vaasa, Finland but we are interested in seeing applications from different locations in Finland also.
