Service Customer Agent
The Service department is responsible for service, service sales, and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. In this position, you will be a part of the Finnish Service organization and assist the Customer Service Management team by following-up contractual availability performance of Wind Farms in Finland.
Responsibilities
A Service Customer Agent is the link between Customer Service Management FI, Field Operations FI and the Customer.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Reviewing contractual availability performance of wind farms in Finland by ensuring wind turbine downtime is aligned with our contractual obligations
- Evaluating the performance by using various software tools such as VOB, PowerBI and Salesforce to investigate and confirm downtime is correctly allocated
- Working closely with Vestas EBIT recovery strategy by driving LD payout verifications
- Efficient communication and knowledge sharing with our Field Operations team in order to improve turbine availability management
- Working closely together with our Turbine Performance Analysts in order to ensure downtime reporting and data management is continuously aligned to Vestas’s contractual obligations
- Supporting our Service Operations with deep dive into fleet performance
- Meetings with different stakeholders requiring preparation and follow-up
- Minor contractual interpretation
Qualifications
- Previous experience of customer support and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Previous experience of Wind Energy and Service Agreements within the field
- Good knowledge of internal sales and administrative skills
- High-level skills in MS Office and good knowledge of reporting tools such as PowerBI
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Experience with SAP & Salesforce is an advantage
