Region NCE – SBU NCE Service – Service Finland
Resource Supervisor is part of the Service Operations department and will be heading teams of technicians performing service activities in various locations depending on needs. Resource supervisor will evaluate and develop competence needs for non-regular and special competences across the country. Resource supervisor will lead the travel technician field supervisors and based business need, grow, add and development additional competences and/or teams to the organization. The position is reporting to the Area Manager Service Finland.
Service Finland is headquartered in Vaasa, Finland.
Responsibilities
- Lead the travel technician organization in Finland
- Lead the competence development, planning and implementation of non-regular competences in Finland
- Competence needs and development of travel team, scheduled and un-scheduled.
- Collaborate with Field Supervisors on determining competence need and development, including potential candidates.
- Coordinating larger CIM projects, Upgrade projects and other non-regular inspection or repair programs. Does not include regular un-scheduled maintenance.
- Coordinating resource need for ad-hoc subcontracting and lend in needs (future task).
Qualifications
- BSC in technical field or similar
- Min 5 yrs experience of leading teams.
- Safety and compliance mindset
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
Competencies
- Technical competencies considered an advantage
- Experience of leading teams
- Good networking skills and collaboration skills
- Empowerment, change driven, team player, people coaching, analytical, interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives

Additional information
