Field Service Technician

Vestas Service is the division that maintains, repairs, and optimizes wind turbines throughout their lifetime. 200 GW - the world's largest fleet, including non-Vestas brands, the department delivers scheduled maintenance, spare parts, repairs, fleet optimization, and digital services - all built on a safety-first culture with zero injuries as the goal.

Responsibilities

• Turbine work execution, incl. schedule service, CIM execution
• Document management, incl safety, quality, and material stock
• Warehouse management, incl. inventory count, document update, safety stock management
• System execution, incl. time registration, consumption execution, tools, and material management
• Site contract deliverables include but are not limited to safety, quality, and etc
• Responsible for site assets' management, effectiveness and efficiency (vehicles, equipment, tools, office, etc.)
• Effective communication with the stakeholders incl. Finance, HSE, Quality, Service, Purchase.

Qalifications

• More than 5 years of working experience in service/customer management, in the wind industry
• English and Mongolia language as working languages

Competencies

• Good communication
• Knowledge about turbine work or electrical background
• Thrive with planning daily work, documentation, and reporting
