Working within the Turbine Quality & Audit Department in Nordic. We coordinate and conduct Quality Audit inspections of tasks performed on Service and Construction sites. Ensuring a World class Quality of deliveries to customers.



The work will be on existing and new technologies contracted by Vestas. Your primary responsibility is:

  • Schedule Quality inspections on Service sites and Mechanical walkdowns on new turbines. Ensure coordination in collaboration with Service Planning department and Construction sites
  • Educate and mentor Service Site Auditors and assist on site in completing Quality inspections
  • Conduct Quality inspections and mechanical walkdowns on new turbines
  • Document, review and approve inspection reports, and promote the Quality culture on sites
  • Track audit result trends by site, identify areas of improvement
  • Cross functional collaboration across Nordic countries and knowledge sharing with Service and Construction



To qualify for this position, it is necessary that you have:

  • A technical diploma/degree - e.g. electrical, mechanical, automation or electro-mechanical
  • Experience from the wind industry is beneficial
  • Experience with Quality inspections or similar would be beneficial
  • Driver's license. B

  • Team spirit, good collaboration and communications skills with a willingness to work with different colleagues, nationalities and cultures
  • Good communication skills in English language, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills. MS Office, SAP

Additional information
Depending on your resident within the Nordic countries, place of employment will be decided. You will be working on sites in the Nordic region.


You should expect travel activity up to 180 days annually in a work rotation.
