Vestas Service Department is responsible for Sales, Service and Maintenance of the Wind Turbines. It is a busy area where a lot of exciting challenges happen. Inside the Operation Area, the Planning Team is responsible for setting and managing planning activities connected to Wind Turbine life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Create a comprehensive weekly package of prepared work orders for each service team
• Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
• Timely communication with crews and customers
• Key performance index and process performance indicator related to planning & scheduling are balanced and under control

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience in the wind industry experience
• Professional experience in a technical service environment with a focus on planning & scheduling
• Professional IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools
• Experience in coordinating smaller development/improvement projects
• Advanced English, both written and spoken

What We Offer

You will be part of a regional team and be responsible for Service Dispatching in your own area. You will also play an important part in securing and delivering products and services to meet our customers' expectations. In order to be effective, we need skilled dispatchers who can handle changing situations with a methodical approach.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position based in Greece and requires up to 20 days of travel per year.
