Vestas Wind Systems A/S operates one of the most modern generator plants in the world in Travemünde near Lübeck. Here we develop and build new generators that are used worldwide in the onshore and offshore sectors. Our customers are diverse and range from medium-sized, long-standing project developers to large international energy suppliers.

To strengthen our Business Support department, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) at the Travemünde location to provide administrative support.

You work together with our managing director, the team leaders and the employees to deal with daily administrative matters and to actively support the organization of special projects such as a family celebration.

Would you like to get a taste of an exciting company field and new areas of responsibility inspire you? Then we are looking for you as student support with 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Support in managing administrative activities (e.g. correspondence, keeping track of tasks/appointments)

• Active support in creating internal and external communication

• Organization of events and festivals

Your qualifications:

• Your course of study is secondary for us. It is important that you are a registered student and want to make a difference with us!

• You have the enthusiasm to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility and to get used to them.

• Confident handling of the Office products Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Organizational skills, high flexibility and willingness to perform

• You are no stranger to working independently

• You are structured and can set priorities - even when things get a bit hectic.

• Fluent German and good English language skills
