Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir einen Teamleiter (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Travemünde.
Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) für die Produktion übernimmst du die Leitung des Teams und bist verantwortlich für die Planung und Steuerung des Einsatzes der geführten Mitarbeiter sowie von Material und Ressourcen im Bereich.

Deine Aufgaben – hier packst du mit an!
- Führung eines eigenen Teams im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
- Verantwortung für die termingetreue, qualitätskonforme, sichere und kostengünstig Fertigstellung von Produktionsaufträgen
- Sicherstellung einer hohen Maschinenverfügbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung der Erfordernisse bzgl. Arbeitssicherheit, Gesetzeskonformität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams, der Arbeitsprozesse und des Arbeitsumfeldes

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich

Dein Einsatzort ist Travemünde

Der Umgang mit MS Office ist dir vertraut, und idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit EAM, QBD, ENABLON und LOTO.

Flexibilität, Verlässlichkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus, ebenso wie die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Höhentauglichkeit

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
