Your responsibilities – where you make an impact!

• Ensure supplier quality for all production material groups used at the Vestas Travemünde site
• Handle NCRs, analyze and approve Root Cause Analyses (RCA), and drive corrective action implementation at supplier locations
• Lead initiatives to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improve supplier performance
• Collaborate closely with Regional and Global Supplier Quality & Development (SQ&D), Sourcing, Logistics, and external customers
• Support continuous improvement activities and ensure compliance with quality standards across the supply chain

Your profile – what you bring!

• Engineering or Material Science background, or equivalent professional experience in quality management
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and supplier quality management
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
• English and German C1 Level
• a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
