We are the Admin team for the NCE Vestas Service & Construction Academy.  Our department delivers technical and safety training to internal and external employees in the NCE region. The admin team matches the training needs of the business with the offerings, both internal and external. You will ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective coordination of all technical and safety training for Vestas NCE, working closely with the other Training Coordinators while being responsible for your own areas as well.
You will create and maintain relevant training tools and templates and remain up to date on current legislation related to training in all the markets Vestas operates in. As Training Coordinator, you will be the single point of contact for offering specialist support to our Projects department and for subcontractors that require Vestas-specific training.

Responsibilities
You will also be responsible to:

• Support Sourcing in negotiating supplier agreements
• Maintain relations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Forecast and book technical training as well as safety-related courses
• Create and manage POs/PRs for training activities
• Maintain course and user administration in the Learning Management System
• Arrange and book external courses
• Help line managers plan safety and technical training programs for individual employees

Qualifications

• Experienced and background in training and administration
• Relevant education degree
• Good knowledge and experience from the wind industry   is an advantage
• Fluent in English verbally and in writing 
• Confident user of Microsoft Office applications

• Structured, analytical and detail oriented
• Coaching and organizational skills
• Good time management skills
