Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > SERV OP Upgrade Mgmt Projects
The Service Operations Development NCE Department delivers customized solutions for up-tower repairs, crane less solutions or cost out initiatives to the NCE (Northern & Central Europe) Service regions. Strong collaboration with WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) Engineering Support / Construction and CIM department.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of strategic projects focused on operational excellence, compliance, and cost reduction
  • Prepare and evaluate CIM cases, including technical feasibility assessments, tool and material availability, and implementation planning
  • Introduce, review, and support the deployment of new repair methods, tools, materials, and technologies
  • Plan, organize, and deliver technical training, practical workshops, and briefings for service teams across the region
  • Act as a technical focal point by facilitating problem-solving activities and escalating complex technical issues when required
  • Develop and maintain technical reports, performance metrics, and KPIs for management and key stakeholders
  • Participate in customer interactions and meetings, providing technical support and project updates when needed

 

Qualifications

  • Technical, preferably electrical, education or equivalent engineering/technical qualification
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar technical or project-related role, preferably within the wind energy industry
  • Valid B+E driving license and willingness to travel is required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting tools
  • Knowledge of Vestas turbine technologies, service processes, and technical documentation would be an advantage 
  • Experience delivering technical training in classroom, workshop, or turbine environments
  • Basic project management knowledge with the ability to coordinate activities across international teams
