This role is for working at our warehouse, location is Sachiura, Kanazawa-ku, Yokohama-chi.

Service supply chain serves as the core function which ensures delivery of service materials to the customers. This includes end-end operations right from order management, forecasting, demand planning & inventory management. One of the key vertical under supply chain is the warehouse operations, which handles all inbound & outbound operation. They will take full governance and scope of managing the inventory and ensuring co-ordination with logistics to move the materials across as per the delivery targets.
Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for supply chain of service "spare parts" of Japan.
- Would be a safety leader across all operations within the warehouse
- Quality responsible mindset and governance
- Working with supply chain stake holders to ensure efficient and timely execution of delivery orders from the central warehouse
- Pick-pack-ship responsibility in the warehouse for Spare parts
- Receive, unpacking, count and binning of Spare parts
- Quality inspection for Spare parts. NC management through SAP
- Local transport arrangement for material deliveries
- Warehouse hazardous chemical register, and be sure the Chemical materials are store in the warehouse following the guidelines
- Warehouse administration tasks required for the daily operation, following instructions from Order Handling/Warehouse coordinators in Japan SC
- Create PR(PO)/STO in SAP, and then communicate the required information related parties
- Procurement for packing material/consumable/ office supply
- Coordinate maintenance and inspection for the warehouse facility and equipment
- Improve warehouse operation and processes, organize warehouse by performing 5S
- Inventory management- Perform stock count and ensuring inventory accuracy
- Main components preservation
Qualifications
- Experience of 4+ years in warehouse & supply chain operation
- Conversational Japanese language level (N3 and above)
- Supply chain experience.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems or similar
- Knowledge of Warehouse operation

- Good understanding on E2E supply chain and the impact on business due to supply chain dynamics
- Goal-oriented and with a good initiative to complete tasks
- Display effective communication to all levels of the business and ability to maintain and develop productive relations across teams and regions
- Great stakeholder and change management skills
- Display a high degree of analytics proficiency and good commercial understanding
- Ability to work on ambiguity to provide clarity
- Not restricting oneself within the roles & responsibilities boundaries and willingness to reach out for solving problems
- We prefer experience from the wind or a related industry
