Service Sales & Account Manager

Service Sales Specialist – Japan

 

To effectively sell service products to customers in Japan to achieve sales revenue target according to the service business strategy. This includes working very closely with operation team in NSEA. Working with Sales department (new turbine sales) is sometime required to assist them in providing service contract information for their making comprehensive quotation for new turbine project.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all wind turbine owners/operators in Japan
  • Achieve service sales target
  • Achieve required profit level
  • Evaluate market regularly and create/maintain account plans in line with service business strategy
  • Manage each account efficiently to keep and improve relationship
  • Achieve customer satisfaction level of 75% or higher
  • Align with operation, technical, supply chain and legal team
  • Contribute to developing new service products
  • Effectively support Sales Department to sell new turbine, by providing necessary information and preparing service contract offer
  • Ensure all business reporting is accurate, prompt and timely
  • Management of key internal/external stakeholder relationships

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years’ sales experience in B2B industrial environment
  • After sales experience
  • Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written in English
  • Japanese native speaker

  • Experience in power generation or relating industries

  • Ability to understand technical matters e.g. electric, mechanical, hydraulic, control, etc
